When we cross-referenced 1.38 million SHA-256 hashes against the DOJ's EFTA servers, we found 892 documents had been deleted and 32 modified -- with no public announcement. The deletions were surgical: not just the PDFs, but every trace of metadata, person links, and OCR text was wiped clean. Only 24 fragmentary records survive.
