      I think it’s more along the lines of whatever’s about to happen to him Hyatt wants nothing to do with. He was likely asked very pointedly to resign and that’s probably in his best interest rather than getting fired.

        It was probably resign or go through years of legal battle and forfeiting his shares due to morality clauses.
