Considering the conditions in detention, I would think that any document signed there would be under duress, if not accompanied by legal representation requested by the detainee.

But it sounds like they are straight up forging or using copies of other people’s signed documents here to fake their consent to deportation. Literal gestapo shit, and I can’t believe the judge goes along with it despite ICE not respecting the earlier judge’s order to release on bond.
