Some of the user descriptions of these videos indicates there could be perpetrator identities and evidence of wrongdoing

This top comment on this Reddit post: https://www.reddit.com/r/qBittorrent/comments/nubbab/all_torrents_stalled_all_tracker_show_status_not/ shows that the Tier of the trackers is set to 0 and it’s causing them not to be tried.
