Actually, no. The NSDAP emptied and closed the psychiatric wards by killing “unworthy lives”, so they did not have the opportunity to use them against political enemies. The Soviets did this a lot, though - not accepting the “scientifically proven reality of Marxism” was often considered to be paranoid.
