    Thanks for the link. I’ve been wondering what immunity for “official” acts vs. not for “unofficial” acts really meant. Now I know that “unofficial” acts have not been defined yet because there hasn’t been a case brought before the SCOTUS to determine the difference.

      What’s wild is that decision was during bidens term, so he could have “officially” declared Trump a terrorist and ordered a drone strike on him and it would take months to figure out whether he was allowed to do it.
