I think the smart money is on sometime during his presidency, but there might be a long shot on before the 2020 primary. It would explain why they allowed so many competitors, and I really can’t put it past them.

You forgot to account for year-to-year inflation in your number so it should be much higher.
Just use the same “inflation” math the grocery stores and fast food restaurants use, and you’ll find you’re owed just shy of $10.8 million.
