The article implies (but doesn’t actually state) that the plan is based on secret US/Russia talks. Is this actual progress or is it another round of “oops we didn’t actually check whether the Russians would agree”?
Really hope this goes through. I haven’t been mainlining FPV drone kill vids like some people but I’ve seen a few. Imagining my fate as the person looking up in panic right before the screen turns to static. Gaza illustrated the barbarity, hypocrisy, and vapidity of liberalism but Ukraine really illustrated how anything good about us just gets ground into irrelevance by war. Impossible to interact with the war at all without losing humanity. An entire geographic area descended into insanity, an ongoing natural disaster that might as well be a force of nature from the perspective of the people fighting on the ground. I am saved from it only by not being there, my beliefs totally irrelevant.
I wonder if this is in reference to the version that witkoff and dmitriev were kicking around or if it was the version the euros shot back afterwards that is more hard line
If Russia aggrees they’ll be in big trouble.
So what’s the peace deal? Are they just going to ask Russia to surrender again?

- The reality: Perhaps create a situation similar to the demarcation line between North-Korea and South-Korea, but a much longer contact area without clear geographic boundaries (flat land no mountains).
